Fisher Price It Up

To over-simplify the explanation of something so that the ding bats, in your place of business, can understand the topic, idea or concept of what you wish to convey.
The operator taking Jay's phone order explained that there was an additional charge of $10.95 for shipping and handling. "I don't understand why you want to charge me $22.95 if the price on the TV says $12.00, said Jay". The operator had to fisher price it up and explain to him. "You see sir, the product is here with me. You want it to be there with you. We need to pay someone to bring it to you."

Half-Price-Books-It

The act of searching one or several Half Prices Books for a book, movie, or CD you want but do not feel the need to pay full price for. Often times one has previously owned this item but has lost it.

Can also be used as the verb "Half-Price-Booking-It".
Nati: Aw man, I lost my copy of Garden State. I guess I'll just Half-Price-Books-It.

Price'n it

The act of taking something over and making it snarky without losing any of the original flava.

flophouse

Any house/apartment/frat house/trailer/etc. which is used for individuals to crash (sleep, chill, hang out, lurk, etc.) for a period of time. In order to "crash", one must not actually live there (e.g. have their name on the lease, own said flophouse, etc.). Flophouses are typically used by college students, drug addicts, transients, vagrants, or other unsavory characters.

A flophouse may also be the home owned by the parents of a college student, who after being away at college, wishes to live as if he/she is still at college (e.g. staying out all night, returning just to crash at mom and dad's house, then leaving again), rather than conforming to the pre-college rules.
Example #1
Dude: (Talking to someone passed out face first on the floor of his college apartment) Hey man, who the hell are you? What do you think this is, a flophouse??

Bro: Sorry dude, I must have passed out for a minute.

Example #2
Mom: Where have you BEEN for the last three days? You come home just to sleep?? What do you think this is, a flophouse??!!

Son: What's your problem? I'm an adult now!
