Power Flipping 

To take narcotic pain killers (Vicodin, Percocet, Oxycontin) and MDMA (Ecstasy) together. It must be noted that a true power flipper will consume the opiates first then the MDMA after. Using the opiates for the MDMA come-down is NOT power flipping.

Produces an intense rush of euphoria but prospective users must be wary. Opiates and MDMA when taken together can be dangerous to the heart. See Speedball

An infinitesimal change in a relationship when the usual holder of power loses all balance and finds him or herself vulnerable and confused and their previously clueless and idiotic companion holding the reigns on the entire partnership. A total, and completely involuntary, transfer of power.
