A upper-middle class or upper-class teenage boy that despite being born with wealth, he still feels empty, probably has a bad relationship with his parents, does not value the education he has, takes refuge in drugs or gambling, is the boyfriend of a frivolous girl who does not really love him or may also pay girls to be with him, may be vigorexic product of the low self-esteem he has and ends up marrying an unscrupulous golddigger.

- Look at James, he's out of the rehab clinic again. He got in there because he tried to overdose. His girlfriend never went to visit him.

- Damn, he's such a poor little rich boy.

A upper-middle class or upper-class teenage girl, who despite her advantage in wealth, manages to flunk out of school and fail several attempts at drug rehab. Usually caused by hippie parents who can't discipline their kids.

My stepsisters were poor little rich girls. One of them is doing ok, but the other wants to be some sort of hippie earth-dirt child.

synonyms: working class, lower middle class
Basically: You're poor according to the middle class, upper-middle class and the rich, but you're too rich for "true poverty"
Often gatekept out of being "disadvantaged" or being "just above the poverty line", but didn't grow up with the luxuries of the middle class or the upper class
