A BDSM practice; puncturing the skin of the body, genitals, nipples, and less often, the face with hygenic (hypodermic) needles for pleasure and temporary decoration. A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.
