A newer word used in gaming to describe a game that has micro-transactions that are not pay to win but are "pay if not patient" - meaning, you can get everything in the game for free if you just play the game as is but if you want to get a temporary head start than you have that option to pay.
(Where as pay to win means there are micro-transactions for content that you can only get by paying real money for, to have an advantage and can not earn that content for free).
Person1: Wow did you hear about this new multiplayer game coming out?! I heard there are going to be micro-transactions though.
Person2: If there are no pay to win options and only pay if not patient (pinp), than I will buy it. I hate pay to win games.
