An effeminate homosexual who is usually on the receiving side: often biting the pillow in pain or pleasure. Also enjoys giving head (swallows of course).

Another word for pillow biting: rough anal sex. Typically a phrase describing the act of man-on-man gay sex, doggystyle notably; where a guy is on all fours and is getting pounded in the ass, the sheer force and agony of this is causing him to bite down on the pillow.
I tell ya, sometimes going to the dentist is worse than biting pillow.

Biting the Pillow
