During July 2019 the people of Puerto Rico took governor Rossello out of office with peaceful but massive protests. After him came Pierluisi, the men who claimed to be governor of Puerto Rico but didn't last a week, he was also taken down. For that reason everybody started using pierluisi instead of quicky, referring to a very short term (sexual intercourse). Memes are all around.
