A name used to describe an amazing girl. Phylisha is strong, wonderful, beautiful, talented and sexy. She can get any guy she wants so don’t even think about messing around with her. She can be intense at times, but she also can be very calm. She puts up with a bunch of bullshit but somehow she manages to hide it all. And when she is done with someone, she is DONE.
