A hand on either a male or female which is missing the ring finger, hence giving someone a permanant shocker.

He lost is finger in an accident and now he has a perma-shocker!!!!

Permashacker

Noun. A sorostitute with which you are in a long term relationship, and thus sleeps at your apartment, house, or fratcastle more than she sleeps at her own sorority house.

Jess - Do you ever sleep in your cold air bed anymore?

Courtney - No, I'm a permashacker at Joey's fraternity. I can't remember the last time I actually slept at our house.
