2) A term used to describe a person or situation surrounded by bad luck or affliction.

3) A term used to describe a really dumb person or situation.

Ooh Friend! 

Originally a quote from series 1 of the Inbetweeners, now used when a group of friends are hanging around and then someone that knows one person but nobody else in the group gets involved (comes up, phones up, drives up) and 'Ooh Friend' is used by the rest of the group.

Usually followed by a denial of the friendship by the person who was 'known'.

"Allright mate?"
"Hello mate"

Rest of group: "OOH FRIEND!"

"He is not my fucking friend".
