ooh. 

1) "ooh." (See"phew.") An onomatopoetic word that expresses sheer laziness and or fatness. Usually followed by a period. The 'h' is pronounced. Derived from the noise an out of shape person might make after climbing a flight of stairs.
2) A term used to describe a person or situation surrounded by bad luck or affliction.

3) A term used to describe a really dumb person or situation.
