When a person tells you that you are "On Connies" it simply means you are doing cons or "con-artistry". Usually the person that is "On Connies" pretends they have no clue what they're doing when everyone knows they're up to something. A person "on Connies'" is ALWAYS up to something. They tend to be unaware at times due to the fact that they are too focused on their own "come up" to realize the pain they're causing everyone around them.
