Omani standoff
A Omani standoff typically constitutes a standoff between a goat from Oman and a Libyan man. Over the years however it has come to describe any standoff involving man and animal.
History: circa 1800, some rogue Libyan pirates attempted to enter Oman through the Arabian Sea having circumvented the whole of Africa. Upon reaching its shores, they were met by the abundant goats that roam Oman freely. While the Omani villagers were busy tending to their crops further inland, the goats stood fiercely in the face of the pirates, and it was their determination that ultimately forced the Libyans to retreat.

So the trio entered the closest room and found themselves face to face with Fluffy, the three-headed dog. It was a Omani standoff like no other, as both sides knew the consequences of backing down.

A guy who's REALLY good at video games (really, he'll kick your ass in any game that he gives two shits about). Not only that, but he's REALLY intelligent. Hell, one can say that he was once athletic (200+ average in bowling? obtained the "MVP" award twice in the competitive soccer league in his district? 1st degree black belt in Hapkido?); he stopped being so fucking athletic because time became his worst enemy.

Bruce: Yeah, the guy that I played against owned me so hard. Really, I don't even want to think about it.

Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.
Also used to describe establishments where alternative foods and products are sold, i.e. natural food stores.

murderhobo
In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.
The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.

Whale
In sales terms, a whale is a prospect that is significantly larger than an organization’s average customer.
Whales are large and extremely difficult to close. Due to their immense size, they are highly sought-after.
