If you meet a person named Ootim, you are very lucky to meet them because that name is quite rare. Ootims can be shy in front of other people, but if you are close to them, they will act like extroverts. They know a lot about astrology and will most likely be either a Leo or an Aquarius. They can sometimes say that they hate you, but that is not true, it’s their way of saying that they love you from the bottom of their heart. They can sometimes say the most weirdest and most random things but that is just a funny reaction to a joyful conversation. They can sometimes be weebs and wear an anime shirt or sweatshirt but not be a part of any anime weeb club. Overall, Ootims are great people who deserve to be loved and appreciated.

Repressed On The Outside, Obsessed On The Inside. Refers to someone with a desire, usually sexual, that he/she is uncomfortably acknowleging to others, and consequently focuses on obsessively in his/her private life. In extreme cases leads to gay homophobes, etc. Pronounced to rhyme with "toto cutie".

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.

Term used to describe someone who is a mix of both rural (country) and urban (metropolitan) lifestyles/upbringings. He/she is typically equally comfortable in both settings and is able to seamlessly slip back and forth between the two, appreciating the characteristics of each.
