Continuing to work at something you love with no clear definition of when to stop.
After 40 years in real estate sales and marketing, I should be retiring. Instead, I have decided my next phase is notirement - continuing on with no clear ending in sight. I love my career and the people I meet and want to continue as long as it feels good. I have enough income without it, but will keep on anyway.
