not guilty

Two words most people don't know the meaning of. It doesn't mean "innocent." It just means that there wasn't enough to prove the person guilty beyond all reasonable doubt, in most cases the person probably did it because in order to get to the trial phase you have to be indicted by a court. The police need probable cause and a warrant to arrest you in the first place, unless the officer arresting you actually saw you do it. Also if there is no evidence the judge has to dismiss the charges.
The jury found the defendant "not guilty" even though they knew he probably did it because the prosecutor didn't prove he was guilty beyond all reasonable doubt.

Not Guilty

Isn't it wild that you have a person (in Piers Morgan) who claims to be a staunch believer in God who will still go on his show and lie blatantly on camera about what happened on that train?

Hym "So, NBC reported that Neely neither had a weapon nor threatened to use one. The initial reporting had no mention of threats of violence but rather ranting about being hungry and thirsty and not caring whether he lived or died (again reported by NBC). The defense tried to claim that Neely died from a combination of Schizophrenia, synthetic Marijuana, Sickle trait, and the struggle of being restrained and that there was no way to know how much pressure was used while Penny was choking him which is FUCKING INSANE!
The fact that they were even able to suggest that as a cause of death is FUCKING INSANE! 1. An autopsy would show bruising around Neely's neck and you would be able to deduce from that bruising how much pressure was used to strangle him to death. 2. YOU KNOW that that list of bullshit is not what caused him to die there! Holy shit! That is fucking wild! A not guilty verdict is insane there. These pundits where just recently decrying the fact the progressives were conflating speech with violence... Only to turn around and call Jordan Neely's speech violence and then say it's justification to strangle him to death. I, myself, am living proof they do not care about threats of violence (or they wouldn't be stealing my shit and using my rhetoric to both win elections and proselytize for the incest cult). But there were 2 people other than Penny subduing Neely. It is AT THAT POINT that it is incumbent upon Penny to stop strangling Neely. And now you have the pundits cheering on the death of Neely while decrying people for cheering on the death of Health insurance CEO. It's insane. These people are vermin. I think we would have got more milage out of a pundit assassin."

not guilty, yes, okay thank you, yes, I do, yes

The spare ten words uttered by a cornered and apparently overwhelmed ex-president on the day of his arraignment in New York City on April 4, 2023.
Now in a mode of self-protection, all DJT said was, “not guilty, yes, okay thank you, yes, I do, yes,” and then the handful of weary yet diehard, red-capped supporters went home and wondered who and what they were supporting that day.

Oh, you’re not guilty!

When someone is acquitted of something with little to no inquiry or investigation.
Did you do it?”
“No.”
“Oh, you’re not guilty!”
