A state in which the average is the standard of consensus reality in contrast to a median or meta-specific attribute.

A normocracy is the opposite of a duocracy.

A nation or government who's power is undermined by drug cartels or the drug trade.

Some areas of Columbia are run as a narcocracy, outside of any government control.

noocracy

noocracy n Greek noos, mind, and Greek -kratia, power or rule Ð a system of world government based of the integrated mind of civilization and its transpersonal decisions; syntellect as a ruling principle of the future society.

As the thinking matter increases its mass in nature and geo- and biosphere grow into noosphere, the future of the humanity can be envisioned as noocracy--that is the power of the collective brain rather than separate individuals representing certain social groups or society as whole.

A government run by people with political views that I, personally, disagree with.

Person A: Did you know that Dweebistan is a Nerdocracy?
Person B: Yeah, the leader has the world record for most times being shoved into a locker.
