To have "no fuzz" on something is to have no doubts about it. The situation is clear as day, without "fuzz" or blurriness.
James Comey, former FBI Director: "There should be no fuzz on this whatsoever. The Russians interfered in our election during the 2016 cycle. They did it with purpose. They did it with sophistication. They did it with overwhelming technical efforts. And it was an active-measures campaign driven from the top of that government. There is no fuzz on that."
A state of extreme clarity and peace, often found after being fired by Donald Trump or feeding seagulls at the beach.
Martin Heinrich: Can you talk a little bit about what you saw as FBI director?
James Comey: There should be no fuzz on this whatsoever. The Russians interfered in our election. They did it with purpose. They did it with sophistication. They did it with overwhelming technical efforts and it was an active measures campaign driven from the top of that government. There is no fuzz on that.

"There should be no fuzz on this whatsoever: the Russians interfered in our election during the 2016 cycle."
When two lezzers make vagina to vagina contact for mutual stimulation of their respective budgies tongues. lezzer, velcro, rug-muncher, clitoris
See those two rug-munchers over there? I think they'll be up for some fuzz on fuzz action later. Just hope they've got a liquor licence....

"There should be no fuzz on this whatsoever" ... used by former FBI Director James Comey in his June 8, 2017 testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee about his certainty about Russian interference in the 2016 election cycle.

Comes from the fact that a lot of police back in the 60's joined straight of the military and they brought with them the very short military haircut that gave them the appearance of fuzz on their heads. When they took their hats off, your first comment might be, hey look, it's the fuzz. It's a style of haircut that made wearing a police hat more comfortable and cooler to wear......still in vogue today and used by many police officers around the world.
