One who provokes others to use racial slurs, and then chastises them for doing so.

Nizzler: look at the guy with the rainbow back pack. Pretty gay, right?
Innocent young man: Yeah, what a faggot.
Nizzler: Woah man what's your problem! That's offensive!

Nizzler

Based from the word nizz, nizzler is a word to describe someone with no ability to pull. It's also the complete opposite of a rizzler. Sadly, anyone who's a nizzler will never be able to get any game.
