An unincorporated part of the city of Mt. Prospect. Known for its lawlessness and freedom from cops. The backwater of the whole city. When it rains all of mudville floods and gets all muddy-hence the name.

Also an underground moonshining business is said to thrive.

A muddy hill that is the result of excessive urination by partygoers, found usually in large gatherings where restroom availability is at a premium such as parades, outdoor concerts, etc.
