A cute exaggerated expression to try to illustrate when you have an unthinkable amount of love for an individual.

Ex. Spoiled brat: How much do you love me?
AC: I love you all the way up to the moon!

Note: "and back" can be used at the end of "up to the moon" for added effect

Stands for "Moon Prism Power, Make-up: - the catchphrase of Sailor Moon that empowers the show's protagonist, Usagi, into the shows heroine, Sailor Moon.

"Quick, Usagi! In order to defeat this monster, you must transform into Sailor Moon!" "Moon prism power, make-up!"
