1) An enormous portion, large quantity, huge fucking heaping serving.
2) A combination of monstrosity and enormous.

Cheesecake Factory Salads are fucking monstrosorous.

This one guy was high as shit and mispronounced monstrosity. He then gave the world monstrosorous which made the mispronunciation a monstrosorous blessing in disguise.
