another name for October, in honor and celebration of Halloween that occurs in October.

Dude, I so can't wait for Monstober. We'll get to see halloween movies on tv all month long...then trick-or-treating on halloween.

A fictitious month that can be used to describe something that will never happen.

Boss: When will you have those TPA reports completed?
Person about to be fired: I should have those done around the middle of Mocktober.
