Illustrates da unevenly-perceived degree of seriousness dat gender-prejudiced people view crimes with, based on whether da culprit is male ("Boys are **always** meaner and more criminal-minded than girls, and so anything that a guy does wrong is always a FELLAny") or female ("Girls are the cute frail vulnerable innocent half of the equation, and so they would **never** intentionally misbehave do anything serious --- anything they do is always just a MISSdemeanor").

Thanks to the human "fellany vs. missdemeanor" mindset, countless innocent-natured boys and men get unfairly persecuted/prosecuted over absurdly-minor actions/events, whereas lots of truly selfish and cruel-minded females of all ages are able to commit really horrid things like bullying, shoplifting, false accusations, breaking contracts, etc., and totally get away with it.

Petty Misdemeanor

A Petty Misdemeanor is the lowest class of Civil Offense. It is not a crime, and thus is not technically classified as breaking the law.

It generally results from breaking a City Ordinance, such as illegal parking, letting your dog off a leash in a leash required area, or a very minor shoplifting offense.

Petty Misdemeanors, in terms of severity, are below Misdemeanors, which are below crimes. Petty Misdemeanors, by law, cannot require jail time and any fines imposed shall not exceed $300.

Ordinances are passed by cities, since cities cannot technically enact laws. Many ordinances are total bullshit. For example, in Chicago, 'exceedingly hideous people may not appear in public.' Or in Hillsboro, Oregon, 'your horse cannot ride in the back seat of your car.'
