A sadly incurable condition, usually occuring in young men. The sufferer of machoegotism strikes up an extraordinary relationship with himself (possibly due to excess masturbation) that results in the sufferer falling in love with themselves. They are incapable of replicating genuine feelings for others, though they attempt to hide their emotional vacuum by imitating feelings or responses.

coming from "Macro" meaning: the analysis of large scale events at the macro level, and "Deletion" meaning: the removal or obliteration of written or printed matter.
Similarly to Microdeletion, meaning: Loss of a tiny piece that may be too small to be seen readily through a microscope from a chromosome.
Macrodeletion is a chromosomal disorder that can be found in what is known as "Band Kids" where instead of slowly tearing up little pieces of chromosomes it does it in fast and large scale amounts.
