Maningitis 

Not to be confused with meningitis, maningitis is a serious illness caused by inhaling excessive smoke and pollen.

Symptoms include swollen eyes, itchy throat, and an all around manly sound in normally girlish voices.

Managitis 

Managitis is a condition that effects members of an organization in management positions. Managitis can also effect members of the organization when they percieve themselves to be managers or when others unofficially deem them managers.

Symptoms of managitis include: Poor and uninvolved leadership, a complete unwillingness to take out the trash, sweep the floor, lift anything heavy, use any kind of tool or equipment beyond pencils and computers. Managitis sufferers instead issue commands, hold clipboards, and point at things.

Not to be confused with meningitis.
Ever since Robert got that promotion to store manager, all he does is tell other people to do things, hold a clipboard, and walk around staring at people. It's a classic case of managitis.
