1: M13 is short for Mara Salvatrucha. Many people consider this gang to be the most dangerous gang in the world. It is well known for its extensively violent crimes upon the innocent. The gang first started in El Salvador but has spread to states in the US.

Said in forums that restricts the registration of people below 13. If you put the original version of the meme, which is: I'm 12 years old and what is this? Mods might think that you're ACTUALLY 12 years old and ban you because they're dumbass pricks, or just have a reason to ban you for the lulz.

Person 1: "I'm 12 years old and what is this?"

Dumbass Mod: "You're 12 years old? This forum is for ages 13 and up! *Bans Person 1*"

Another day:

Person 2: "I'm 12 years old and what is this?"

Dumbass Mod: O rly? I know that's a meme, but you piss me off and I have a reason to ban you. *Bans for the lulz*"

Yet another day:

M134 Minigun

Also known as the "Vulcan" Minigun. The m134 is somewhat of a portable version of the Gatling gun, hence the "Mini" prefix. It shoots around 50 rounds per second through a rotary barrel system. Comparable to a washing machine in that, while it takes a bit of build-up (about 1.5 seconds) once its going, it will clean up quickly (and argueably efficiantly.)

a TOP SECRET mic check term at Forest Hills Northern invented by Ryan Tietema and Calvin Ruffini and carried on by Jack Ray and Hudson Kemperman after calvin and ryan graduated. There are a few rules for m138s1. They are as follows:

one can only say it when their mic is turned on and being checked by the people at the sound booth. If people want to know what it is you have to act like you don’t know what they’re talking about. They have to figure it out by hearing you say it during mic check and then they have to say it during theirs.
