Based on USA high-diver Greg Louganis’s mishap in which he clipped his head on a springboard during a diving heat in the 1988 Seoul Olymics. An unusually careless act of lavatorial hygiene, it is commonly caused by either releasing a stool from a partially standing position or by situating the anus too far back on the toilet seat.
On entering the bathroom after Sir Cecil, I was stupefied to see he'd left a looger behind on the seat.
