When a woman talks to a man, on a topic they both know about, and the woman is continually semi laughing as she vocalizes. Categorized by the woman unaware that she is doing it.

The reversed form of mansplaining.

As she repeated the events that happened about an hour ago, Dee continually smiled while slightly laughing to her male coworker. The laughsplaining was awkward, yet she didn't realize she was doing it, nor how condescending it was.
