term used for something sloppy, dripping, moist, used, etc... Usually a negative term.

Guy1 "hey look over there at that woman in the tight bikini"
Guy2 "yeah i saw her bend over earlier, jesus man you could see her lapage!"
Guy1 "WTF!"
