A frozen treat "popsicle-in-a-cup" company started in Atlanta,Ga by Teray Perry}. The frozen treat was inspired by his childhood creating frozen treats in [Savannah,Ga " his grandmother Josephine Kelly and mother Merry Perry.
The strawberry Kupsicle was very refreshing.

The frozen treat was inspired by his childhood growing up in Savannah,Ga going to the "thrill-lady" house during the summer months. The thrill-lady was a house throughout Savannah that sold juice frozen in a cups with a popsicle sticks.

To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
