n. One who continuously stimulates a kerfuffle (see), ofttimes in the performance of their professional responsibilities. e.g. Ann Coulter, Jim Hoft, Sean Hannity, Michelle Malkin. (from "fluffer" the off-camera porn movie person responsible for maintaining the commercial functionality of the male equipment between takes + "kerfuffle").

The kerfluffers are challenging Obama's birth certificate again.
