Kaeko is usually used by the Japanese. Kaekos are strong beautiful woman who go through a lot but can always handle the stress. A Kaeko is an amazing mother and will always be there for you. She is never late, she's either in time or 10 minutes early.

Person 1: wow that girl is so gorgeous and can take care of her kids
Person 2: yeah, that must be kaeko
