jolly kid

a youngster who is so happy they are a nuisance. often described as loud,spoiled,impolite,obnoxious,ect. Old school jolly kids would very often be seen holding lollipops, pinwheels, balloons, ect.

shit, i hope that jolly kid doesnt show up.
