The Joepill/Joepilled is essentially when you feel as neutral on situations across your life and in certain scenarios with women to put it blunt.
With women or men only talking to you for only to use you as someone to vent to and talk to but not entirely using you up. Finding out about particular information on someone you used to know. And having a honest reaction to some new news that you wouldn't of heard before.
This example is most occurrent with the person who is Joepilled, listens to music in the mean time and is neutral on terms with the information they have received in order to cope. They're not usually incels but one who is on the urge to not entirely become one.
It is not what they wanted or what they would've expected but they would need to come on with terms and just adjust moving on with themselves.
Joepill can be used for almost a lot of occurrences in life.

When a person is botteling up his/her feelings till they eventually emotionly crack and feel terrible.
