its far

This phrase has a few meanings.
1: something is too far away and the person is too lazy to go and get it or do it.
2: something is too hard to do and this phrase exclaims the point

1:
Joe: hey man could you grab me a coke?
Dan: Its far.....

2:
Dan: So have you started that assignment yet? its due tomorrow.
Jez: Its far...
