Total puzzlement and bemusement at the same time that’s beyond belief or momentary suspends belief .

Interbresting, Noun, when something is as interesting and or puzzling at the same time as as a man’s interest or bemusement at seeing a woman with an exceptional pair of covered or exposed breasts or mammaries.
