A software or service which is initially offered for free, but which starts to cost money once you start depending on it. The idea is that the inconvenience of service disruption outweighs the (newly imposed) cost of the service.
I just gave these potential spammers my real email -- I used to create temporary ones with Sneakemail, until it became inconvenienceware.
