Ice Bucket Challenge 

I fad going around recording a video dumping ice water on people then nominating other people usually over social media to do the same within 24 hours or they "must" donate to help cure ALS (Lou Gherics disease). A nerodegenerative disorder that in most cases is fatal.

If you are nominated its up to you to do it or not but if you do you can nominate other people.

Even bill gates did it.

Post on Facebook: I was nominated by (blank) to do the ice bucket challenge.

Now I nominate bob! You have 24 hours to do so or you must donate 100$ for the cause.

Ice Bucket Challenge 

A viral social media craze that was popularized in the Northern hemisphere summer of 2014. It's exact origins are uncertain, but it first grew to global prominence from the Northern United States.

The challenge dares the nominated participants to pour a bucket of iced water over their head within 24 hours.
Once the participant has completed the challenge, they may call out the names of other people that they wish to challenge.

Some variants of the dare require participants to donate money to charities such as the ALS Association (US) and MND Association (UK), with the donation required dependent on whether the dare was completed.

The viral challenge became a great fundraising success once celebrities began to take part - including Bill Gates, Barack Obama and Oprah Winfrey.

The ice bucket is a fundraiser for people with ASL.

You need to pore a bucket of cold ice water on your head and nominate 3 other friends. After being nominated you have 24 hours to do it other wise you have to donate $100 to the ASL foundation!
Those people who do pore a bucket of water on their head has to donate $10 To ASL foundation.
THE ONLY THING THAT CAN STOP YOU FROM DOING IT IS IF YOUR OVER 40 YEARS OLD, YOU HAVE AN INJURY, YOU HAVE A BAD COLD/FEVER, THE WEATHER IS UNDER 15 DEGREES OR IF YOU HAVE RECENTLT BEEN IN HOSPITAL!
