The rushing mass of old people on their way to the Early Bird Dinner special at Applebee's. The wreckage left in their wake is approximately the same to that of a hurricane.

Police Officer: What happened here? A hurricane?
Specialist: Even worse... a hurrycane.
Police Officer: So..many....casualties....

When a weather person is showing a hurricane or other major storm on a green screen and standing in such a way that makes the predicted path of the storm form a phallic shape in front of them, resembling a penis.

Bob: Did you catch the 6 o’clock news? The weather guy had a huge hurricane dick going on!

Ocean City Hurricane 

When a person bites both ends off a piece of Twizzlers licorice and then inserts it in another persons anus leaving a bit of the licorice exposed. They then pour fireball whiskey down the straw and suck it back out.

Things took an unexpected turn at my buddy's bachelor party when John tried to give Mark an Ocean City Hurricane. He had a hard time getting the straw to stay in since Mark and Scottie had done so much felching the night before. They almost decided to do a Kansas Tornado instead.
