A society in which all people are forced to think exactly the same and differences of opinion are not allowed.

First coined by E. W. Jackson:

"... a homocracy, in which they get to dictate to everybody what you can and cannot say.”
The country became a homocracy when its new leader exiled and jailed all the political dissidents.
