Gifty

A very beautiful tall girl. Gifties are normally brown skinned girls as gifty is an exotic name. They tend to have very big welcoming smiles and great body shapes. Their bodies tend to look good in everything. Many tend to get jealous of her as she has a very sharp mind and tends to make decisions fast, like deciding to stop talking to someone. They will instantly cut you out of their life if you are not careful.

Something to beware of when it come to Gifties is that they get annoyed easily, they like making people laugh and cheering people up but when they get angry you do not want to be around them or be the reason why they are angry.

Glifting

When acting as a bench press spotter for a male partner, Glifting involves dangling ones testicles into the mouth of the lifter on the press. Similar to 'teabagging' but specific to male bodybuilders - derivation is believed to come from a combination of 'Gay' and 'Lifting'.

'Nice curls you were doing there, Jeff - fancy a spot of glifting? Don't mind if I do, Roger - I hope you've shaved your balls this time!'

Also spelled "6litty" being Glitty is short for "geting lit". Being Glitty is like being on a roof off the bacardi berry blast pink lemonade mix, with your head pounding so hard the only way to fix yourself is to pop out at 711. You dont need to be on drugs or alcohol but if your glitty your in ya bag. nuff said. ( orginated on Long island 2016)
