Gingist is when someone discriminates against gingers.

Sid the science kid: " Gingers have no souls!"
Ginger kid: "HEY THAT'S GINGIST WE HAVE SOULS. GINGERS GAIN A FRECKLE PER EACH SOUL WE STEAL SO STOP BEING GINGIST!"
