Coined after German politician Franziska Giffey. Giffeying means pretending to have achieved great goals while not having succeeded in anything substantial while greatly emphasizing oneselfs importance in that said pretended achievement

Elon musk was pretty much only giffeying with the Hyperloop, in the end no results materialized
