genpact 

A word used to describe when something or someone is an unmitigated disaster, a sinking ship drowning in incompetence, a failure at every level, or a toxic mess that can't get anything right.

The bridge is in such bad shape, it must have been designed by a genpact.
The way they run their organization is nothing short of a genpact.

This idea is a genpact waiting to happen.
