A Fred is a person who has the personality trait of Fred from Scooby Doo. This is a person rejects girls although they hang out with girls. Also, they could have blue hair, blue eyes and a person who laughs at their own jokes or doesn't listen to anyone else. This is the personality trait used in Scooby doo such as the series "Mystery incorporated".
