Even though it deviates from the planned performance, neither the fellow performers nor the audience/viewers object, because it enhances the original performance.

2. incredibly good, unbelievably good, defies expectations with how fabulous it is, utterly fah-bulous

Christine: That guitar sesh in the outro was foilissimo!
M: Oh you mean how he went off-script when he started jamming with his guitar but it only made the performance more incredible?
Christine: Yes! And also how utterly fah-bulous the actual jam was!

A dynamic level in music. Basically, very loud.

The drummer was playing almost as loud as a Fortissimo level.

fodidíssimo 

pronounced foe-gee-dis-sim-mo
1) Very, very, very fucked up - the most fucked up - way past FUBU.
Derived from the Brazilian Portuguese fodido fucked up from the verb foder to fuck in the city of Marília, São Paulo (Brazil) during the waning days of military Dictatorship in 1971.

2) super super cool - the most exceptionally interesting and exciting EVER. Used in conversation and Carnaval to describe something or someone that really rocks.

1) This economy is fodidíssimo! The media coverage of this election is fodidíssimo.

2) This party (that newsflash, chick, etc.) is fodidíssimo!

Fortissimo 

The quietest volume a trumpet can play at.

Derek was a trumpet player, and was physically incapable of playing quieter than fortissimo. That was a good thing, since it meant the rest of the band's mistakes were not heard, only his own.
