fleetate 

A Fleetate is an individual acting in a goofy manor. Typically a catalyst of good news or reward, a Fleetate disregards all social norms acting spontaneously and without discretion for as long as the elation persists. A Fleetate is not a menace or a danger to society, rather, a much needed comic relief from everyday stresses.

Luke was so elated at the good news, he jumped for joy and started acting like a velociraptor- he went full fleetate.
Luke went full fleetates when he got the good news.

Jumping from one opinion to another.

'You see Jim, I think that my sexuality may be flextating. I just don't know what I want anymore, I just flextate from gay to straight.

Flectate 

The art of using your reflection in a window, or other translucent item, to improve your appearance.

Example: The wind blew your hair into disarray. You used a store-front window to check your reflection and fix your hair.

Sample sentence: Chris flectated the other day in the Macy's window.
