Funning It 

(Verb) Trying to make everything as fun as possible, even when things are going bad.

Time spent with friends and family having wholesome good times...we don't "party"....we go funning it up with our grandparents in Florida.

Finning it 

To resolve or progress cumbersome construction issues on site generally ahead of expected completion time - which frequently includes hurried and/or ‘aggressive’ orders to other team members, having to physically undertake other team members tasks personally to ensure accelerated timeframes are met, informing Supervisors and Superintendents they are not competent in their profession, and generally (or always) includes the use of explicit or offensive language whilst providing instruction to fellow colleagues
