To resolve or progress cumbersome construction issues on site generally ahead of expected completion time - which frequently includes hurried and/or ‘aggressive’ orders to other team members, having to physically undertake other team members tasks personally to ensure accelerated time-frames are met, informing Engineers, Supervisors and Superintendents they are not competent in their profession, and generally (or always) includes the use of explicit or offensive language whilst providing instruction to fellow colleagues
